The Halifax Corporate Park (HCP)  is a 700-acre North Carolina Certified industrial park owned by Halifax County. HCP is located on NC Highway 561 just minutes from Interstate 95 and is adjacent to the new $14.5 million Halifax Northampton Regional Airport. All environmental and geotechnical studies have been completed for the property that make it "shovel-ready" for development.

With easy access to transportation, an abundant workforce and a pro-business environment, the Halifax Corporate Park offers over 700 acres of ready-to-build property. Proximity to the Ports of North Carolina and Virginia, Interstate highways, and three international airports make this property a highly competitive location for companies serving markets throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Eastern United States.

The Halifax Corporate Park has all the infrastructure required for manufacturing, warehousing and distriubtion operations including water, sewer, natural gas, and telecommunications. A 12"inch water line serves the park and a regional "mega" sewer line is under construction that will provide one million gallons per day (1 MGD) of wastewater treatment capacity. Natural gas is also available for extension to the Park. The Halifax Corporate Park is fiber-enabled, which means the most stringent telecommunications needs of business and industry can easily be met.

There are two access points to Interstate 95 available from the Halifax Corporate Park via Highway 561 (Exits 160 and 168). Rail is located in very close proximity and a feasibility study is underway to determine the most advantageous route for extension into the Park.
