	This is a first class rail site consisting of 408 acres directly on US Highway 301. Just minutes from Interstate 95, the Shearin Site is accessible to two interchanges and is immediately adjacent to a CSX Class A rail line. Water, sewer, natural gas and fiber are available to the site.

The Halifax County Area is often referred to as North Carolina's "wood basket" and home to some of the most productive forest lands in the Southeast United States.
