Construction is moving full speed ahead by ALG Senior, formerly Affinity Living Group, for Landings of Lake Gaston, a senior living facility on North Mosby Avenue just outside of Littleton. The 50-plus unit project features shared living space, studios, and other amenities and will offer assisted living for residents that do not require a high level of medical oversight.
In addition to providing exceptional care services for seniors, the project will have a positive impact for the Littleton area by creating 35 new full and part-time jobs. The facility is expected to open later this year.
