Overview

The Halifax Corporate Park (HCP) is a 700-acre North Carolina Certified industrial park owned by Halifax County. HCP is located on NC Highway 561 just minutes from Interstate 95 and is adjacent to the new $14.5 million Halifax Northampton Regional Airport. All environmental and geotechnical studies have been completed for the property that make it “shovel-ready” for development.

With easy access to transportation, an abundant workforce and a pro-business environment, the Halifax Corporate Park offers over 700 acres of ready-to-build property.
