ROANOKE VALLEY LUMBER UPDATE

Roseburg celebrates the holidays in Halifax As the winter holidays approach, Roseburg has been honored to participate in several seasonal celebrations in the Roanoke Rapids area. Our Roanoke Valley Lumber team has begun meeting with community stakeholders and provided support for a number of recent events, including:

– Attending the Halifax Community College Veterans Gala
– Presenting at the Halifax Economic Development Board Meeting
– Participating in the Town of Halifax Annual Christmas Parade
– Supporting Christmas on the Avenue in Roanoke Rapids

“It’s been a privilege over the past several months to meet with our partners in the Halifax County area and get to know our new community and neighbors,” said Adam Reed, who will manage Roanoke Valley Lumber for Roseburg. Adam recently relocated from Oregon to the Weldon area. “We are grateful to be joining the Roanoke Valley community, and we look forward to building relationships that will last for years to come.”

Christmas Message from our CEO

Check the Papers for Holiday Greetings
Our excitement about joining the Roanoke Valley community continues to grow as we get nearer to the start of construction. Roseburg placed holiday greetings in two local newspapers to share our anticipation with the community. Full-page, color ads were scheduled for Tuesday, Dec. 21, in the Roanoke Rapids Daily Herald and Saturday, Dec. 18, in the Rocky Mount Telegram.

We wish you and your families a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
