Halifax Horizons Hosts Economic Update

Halifax County Business Horizons, Inc. hosted an Economic Development Update Luncheon, featuring Chris Chung, President of the Economic Development Partnership of North Carolina (EDPNC).

As the keynote speaker, Chung provided an update on North Carolina’s economic landscape, sharing insights on key trends, growth opportunities, and factors shaping the state’s future.

With over 60 business and community leaders in attendance, the event highlighted the critical role of public-private collaboration in driving business investment, workforce development, and infrastructure improvements in Halifax County and beyond.
