PROPOSALS SOUGHT FOR HOUSING STUDY

Halifax County Business Horizons is requesting proposals from qualified individuals and consultants to conduct a housing market study and needs analysis, with a specific focus on addressing the perceived shortage of short and long-term rental housing for professionals.  The results of the analysis will provide elected officials, stakeholders, community members, and potential investors an understanding of the housing market and of key housing issues that impact the growth of Halifax County and its municipalities. The study will also serve as a tool to encourage private developers to invest in housing in Halifax County.
